Robin started as our Director of Resource Development in July, 2017 and moved into the ED role in July, 2023. After a 16-year career in higher education, Robin is excited to bring her fundraising and community economic development experience to Habitat.
She is the proud momma of Maya and spends many nights and weekends cheering her on at the soccer field.

Collins has a long history with nonprofit organizations. She served as the President/CEO of Artsbridge, Director of the Harrison Arts Council in Clarksburg, and a Fellow at the National Endowment for the Arts. She worked in development with Habitat MOV for seven years, and marketing with WV Central Federal Credit Union and The PM Company. Collins manages social media accounts and does contracted fundraising and public relations work through Collins PR, which she has maintained since 2020. She's excited to be back at Habitat, helping share the message of HOME.

Ed started in late October 2015. He has ten years’ experience with the City of Parkersburg in Code Enforcement and as a Special Projects Coordinator. He’s also a licensed contractor.
He is married to Sandy and has a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Casey Biddle. He’s the proud grandpa of three!

Stacy has been the Homeowner Services Coordinator since 2006. She also served with Habitat in 2000 as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member.
Stacy has been married to Blaine Workman for 30 years, and they have three children: Megan, Matthew, and Abigail. Stacy is also Mimi to Adilynn. She is a member of Grace Baptist Church.

Mary Townsend – Office Manager

Mary has been with Habitat since 2012. She worked in the regional office of Habitat for Humanity International for three years, where she really caught the Habitat bug.
Mary is the proud mom of Jaliyah and Joe and is an active member at Logan Memorial United Methodist Church.

Lisa McCray - ReStore Manager

Lisa McCray joined the Habitat for Humanity ReStore as Manager effective June 1, 2024. Prior to this, she was President of Noe Office Supply, her family's business, where she worked for 27 years. Noe was purchased in 2017 by DME, and she became General Manager for the Parkersburg Branch. Lisa has served on several committees including Downtown PKB and the Chamber of Commerce, and she enjoys her 30-acre farm with her partner, Jeremy. She is the proud mom of two children and step mom to three more. Lisa is excited to join the leadership team at Habitat MOV. She will continue to promote the mission of Habitat and the purpose of the Restore, reaching the community to promote donations, affordable purchases, recycling/reusing and the thrill of thrifting!

Ammie Rasmussen – Resource Development Associate

Ammie started as our ReStore Manager in September of 2017, after a successful 25-year career in traditional retail. She moved to our Resource Development Department in December 2019. Her customer service skills, love of building relationships, and her love for Habitat for Humanity are huge assets in her new role working with volunteers and coordinating events as part of the Resource Development Team.
Ammie is actively involved in her church in both the vocal and bell choirs, plus the children’s ministry.

Dave Welch – Grants & Special Projects Manager

Dave Welch is the Grants and Special Projects Manager. After seven years in the ReStore, with four years as Manager, Dave was ready to work more directly with the mission, helping to coordinate projects and reporting, and working on government funding. He says he will always be committed to the value of ReStore, and ready to assist with any needs they may have.

Jerry Cline – Construction Assistant

Jerry started with Habitat in 2016. He says that this is the most rewarding job he’s ever had—what we do changes lives and who wouldn’t sign up for that?
In his free time, Jerry is all about the WVU Mountaineers and Parkersburg South Patriots. He’s coached youth baseball for several years. He’s married to Carrie and has three sons , one daughter, and two granddaughters.
